What a fixed-scope project really includes
Fixed-scope sounds simple, but it only works when both sides know precisely what's in and what's out. Here's how we keep it honest.

A number you approve up front
Before any work starts, you get a written proposal with deliverables, a milestone timeline and one price. You approve the number, and that's the number — no hourly meter running in the background.
This forces the important conversation early, when it's cheap to have.
What's in, and what changes cost
The scope lists exactly what we'll build. If you want something outside it, we price that as a clear add-on before doing it — never as a silent line on an invoice.
Revisions within scope are expected and included; entirely new directions are a new scope.
You own the result
Code, accounts and assets are yours from day one. There's no lock-in and nothing held back to keep you dependent.
Transparency isn't a feature here — it's the whole model.
